The BAT1 series is our standard type return path band attenuator with high pass filter. It is designed for application in CATV system to attenuation return path signal.

The BAT1 series selectively attenuates only the return path signal while not influencing the forward path signal in a cable network.

A built-in high pass filters keeps unused portions of the return path (below 15, 18 or 20 MHz) noise-free.

Typically, the return path attenuation value varies from -3dB to -15dB in 3dB increments. The common separation frequencies are 42/ 54 MHz, 65/ 85 MHz, 85/ 108 MHz and 204/ 258 MHz.
